Instructions for Poster Preparation

Authors interested in to present a poster have to send a extended abstract (two pages max.) which should be written following the guidelines of the template abstract.tex and accompanying files . The contributions should be submitted preferably using this web site, clicking on the link My Poster. The deadline for submitting extended abstracts is June 21st, 2008.

The Scientific Committee will inform to the submitting author of the acceptance of the contribution before Jule 21st, 2008.

Authors should prepare posters that fit the A0 size, i.e. a maximum of 33 inches (84 cm) wide by 46 inches (117 cm) high, or 46 inches (117 cm) wide by 33 inches (84 cm) high. Posters will be pinned onto display boards at the Conference site.

Authors should strive to make their posters visually appealing and viewer-friendly. In particular, the dense typesetting typical of journal articles should be avoided. To ensure that the posters are of high quality, authors are advised to use poster-preparation tools such as LaTeX and Xfig.
